PAYMENT METHOD

Payments may only be made via credit card through the PayPal portal. Creating a PayPal account is optional. The initial administrative fees and the annual administrative fee (renewal) are non-transferable.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

INITIAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEES REFUND: CLIENTS ACQUIRING A BUSINESS

Initial administrative fees are automatically invoiced when you fill out and submit the form to register for our services on the INDEX, the networking platform of the Centre de transfert d’entreprise du Québec (CTEQ).

No refund is possible for these initial administrative fees. However, you can request that your profile be removed from the INDEX at any time by sending us a written request at .

INITIAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEES REFUND: CLIENTS TRANSFERRING A BUSINESS

Initial administrative fees are invoiced when the following two (2) steps have been completed: (i) you have completed and submitted the form to register for our services on the INDEX, the CTEQ’s networking platform; and (ii) an initial phone call, voicemail message, or email has been completed by a member of the CTEQ’s team to confirm your registration.

No refund is possible for these initial administrative fees. However, you can request that your profile be removed from the INDEX at any time by sending us a written request at .

NOTE ON RENEWAL DATE REMINDERS

Each registration renewal for a service invoiced by the CTEQ will be preceded by an automated reminder notice at least thirty (30) days in advance, whether the renewal is automatic or at the client’s request (i.e. the client acquiring or transferring a business, or the expert client).

ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE (RENEWAL) REFUND: CLIENTS TRANSFERRING OR ACQUIRING A BUSINESS

An annual administrative fee is invoiced each year on the date when your profile was initially created on the INDEX, the CTEQ’s networking platform. No refund is possible for the annual administrative fee after this annual deadline has passed. However, you can avoid this annual renewal and request that your profile be removed from the INDEX at any time before this annual deadline by sending us a written request at or by replying to the renewal notice you have received.

REFUND FOR THE CTEQ+ PROGRAM: EXPERT CLIENTS

The CTEQ+ Program is the only way to have your expert services listed on the INDEX, the CTEQ’s networking platform.

No refund is possible once your registration for the CTEQ+ Program for experts has been duly invoiced by the CTEQ. However, you may request that your profile be removed from the INDEX at any time before your annual registration date by sending us a written request at .

If you do not request the removal of your profile before the deadline, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of the program and simply choose not to renew it when you receive the renewal notice. This notice will be sent to you at least thirty (30) days before the anniversary of your initial registration for the CTEQ+ Program.

No refund is possible for the annual administrative fee after this annual deadline has passed. However, you can avoid this annual renewal and request that your profile for the CTEQ+ Program be removed from the INDEX at any time before this annual deadline by sending us a written request at or by replying negatively to the renewal notice you have received.

CTEQ+ PROGRAM REFUND: CLIENTS TRANSFERRING OR ACQUIRING A BUSINESS

The CTEQ+ Program is a complementary and optional offering for any client transferring or acquiring a business who has a profile on the INDEX, the CTEQ’s networking platform.

No refund is possible after your annual registration for the CTEQ+ Program has been completed; however, your registration will not be automatically renewed. Therefore, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of the CTEQ+ Program by paying the annual fees for the following year, or choose not to renew it when you receive the renewal notice. This notice will be sent to you each year in the month when you originally registered for the CTEQ+ Program. Choosing not to renew your CTEQ+ registration will not affect your basic INDEX registration.

EVENT/WEBINAR REGISTRATION REFUND

Cancellation by the participant:

You can be refunded for your registration to our events if you send a written request to at least 7 days before the date of the event/webinar.

You cannot transfer your registration to another person.

Cancellation by the CTEQ:

If an event is cancelled by the CTEQ, the participant can receive a full refund by sending their refund instructions to .

TRAINING SESSION REGISTRATION REFUND

Cancellation by the participant:

You can be refunded for your registration to our training sessions if you send a written request to at least 7 days before the date of the training session.

You cannot transfer your registration to another person.

Cancellation by the CTEQ:

If a training session is cancelled by the CTEQ, the participant can receive a full refund by sending their refund instructions to .

“GÉNÉRATION REPRENEURS” BOOK (PAPER OR DIGITAL EDITION) REFUND

No refunds will be issued after purchasing the Génération Repreneurs book, regardless of the format (paper or digital) and delivery status.
