REFUND OF START-UP COSTS

No refunds will be issued for start-up costs. However, you can use the platform to request that your profile be removed from the INDEX at any time.

NOTE REGARDING RENEWAL DATE NOTICES

Once the minimum commitment period has ended, you will be billed monthly until you email to inform us that you want to terminate your subscription.

EVENT REGISTRATION REFUNDS

Cancellation by the attendee:

You can request a refund by emailing  at least 7 days prior to the day of the event. Your registration cannot be transferred to someone else.

Cancellation by CTEQ:

If an event is cancelled by CTEQ, attendees can request a full refund by emailing . The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

TRAINING REGISTRATION REFUNDS
